Michael Angelo’s is a mobile wood fired pizza restaurant bringing a contemporary twist to the traditional Neapolitan-style pizza in the Grand Valley. We have reworked the simple and fresh style, which was born in Naples, Italy, with both classic and creative combinations of the best ingredients we can find, sourced locally when possible.
We stretch our secret recipe dough thin, top with house-made sauce and high quality veggies, meats and cheeses, and add love. You can watch the pizza bake in the 850-degree wood fired oven located inside our custom-built food truck, usually in under two minutes.
